Institutional Effectiveness Committee

Purpose:

Coordinates university-wide assessment, records fulfillment of mission and strategic plan, administers completion of SACSCOC accreditation narratives, and disseminates data to campus for use in decision making

Roster Structure:

Chaired by the Director of University Accreditation and Policy. Includes 1 representative from the following areas: President’s Office, Strategic Analysis and Reporting, Academic Excellence and Outreach, Student Success, Budget/Planning, Student/Multicultural Affairs, Advancement, Athletics, and Distance Learning. Committee also includes the chairs of the Faculty Alliance, Staff Council, and Core Council. One faculty representative from each school/college is also on the roster, to be appointed by the Faculty Alliance.

Roster Rotation Schedule:

All staff remain on the committee. Chairs of Faculty Alliance, Staff Council, and Core Council are on the committee as long as they remain in their current position. Faculty representatives are rotated every three years.
