Fall 2025 term Book Voucher Request
For students that will be receiving financial aid for the fall 2025 term, you may click the link below to access the online book voucher request form. The amounts of the book voucher are based upon your enrollment. Please use the table below to determine your book voucher amount. Book vouchers will normally be available in the UNT Dallas Book Store the next day for both online and in-person use. If you have any difficulty using your book voucher, please contact the UNT Dallas Book Store directly at untdallas@bkstr.com or 972-780-3652.
The fall book voucher request will open on Thursday, August 21, 2025. The last day to request a fall term book voucher is Monday, September 22, 2025. All book vouchers must be used no later then Friday, October 3, 2025.

Fall 2025 Aid Disbursements
Financial Aid for the fall 2025 semester will begin disbursing on August 15, 2025, and continue every day. You can check the status of your aid disbursments in your student portal here. Refunds will be processed by Student Business Services, more information regarding refunds and settig your refund preferance can be found here. Not setting your refund preference will delay the processing of any refund.
2025-2026 FAFSA now available
The 2025-2026 FAFSA form is now available for students to submit online. Students and their contributors can log into their accounts at studentaid.gov with their FSA ID to begin the application process. When submitting the form, make sure to list UNT Dallas (school code 042421) so that we can receive it.
Once UNT Dallas has received a student’s FAFSA, they will be notified via email. This notification will come from the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships and will include important information and needed next steps. Please monitor your UNT Dallas student portal and email account for important updates and communications regarding 2025-2026 FAFSA processing.
