    As a student, your primary contact on issues of student life and student affairs is the Office of the Dean of Students, either in person or through forms and policies that this office provides. Students are welcome to stop by any time the door is open.

    Our Mission

    The mission of the Office of the Dean of Student Affairs is to support the academic success, healthy personal development, and ethical and professional formation of students, and to support and sustain the College of Law as an educational, social, and professional community.  In carrying out this mission, the Office works closely with the faculty of the College of Law, the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs, and other departments within the College of Law.  Students are welcome to stop by any time the door is open.  In order to provide optimal accessibility, appointments outside of office hours can be scheduled 3 business days in advance.

    Office Walk-in Hours*:

    Monday: 9 am-Noon, 1:30 pm -6:00 pm

    Tuesday: 9 am-Noon, 1:30pm-5:30 pm

    Wednesday: 9 am-Noon, 1:30 pm-6:00 pm

    Thursday: 9 am-Noon, 1:30 pm-5:30 pm

    *Subject to change due to holidays and building closures.

     

    ABA Complaint Policy

    ABA-accredited law schools are subject to the ABA standards for Approval of Law Schools. The UNT Dallas College of Law makes every effort to comply with ABA standards for addressing student complaints. A complaint is a communication in writing that seeks to bring to the attention of the law school a significant problem that directly implicates the school’s compliance with the Standards.
